Therapy for People Who Are Done Pretending They’re Fine.
Because holding it together on the outside shouldn’t cost you peace on the inside.
Hi, I’m Margarita. I offer psychotherapy for individuals, couples, and adolescents who want to move beyond surface-level conversations and focus on what truly matters. Whether you’re navigating life’s challenges, healing past experiences, or exploring identity, my goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where meaningful growth can happen.
I am a certified clinical trauma specialist and work from a trauma-informed approach that centers on your strengths, resilience, and nervous system. I am also trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), an evidence-based trauma therapy that helps the brain process distressing memories that feel “stuck.” EMDR can reduce the emotional intensity of past experiences, helping you feel more grounded, present, and able to move forward without needing to relive everything in detail.
I specialize in sex therapy, couples counselling, and identity exploration, offering a thoughtful, compassionate approach to conversations around intimacy, relationships, and self-understanding. This is a space where these topics are welcomed openly and met with care, curiosity, and respect.
With a background in Child and Youth Care, I also work with adolescents aged 13–17, supporting young people and families from diverse backgrounds across Canada and internationally as they navigate emotional development, change, and growth.
I believe therapy should meet you where you are. Rather than fitting you into a rigid therapeutic model, I tailor my approach to your unique needs. My person-centered, integrative style offers encouragement, gentle challenge, and validation as you work toward healing and self-discovery.
This is a space where you can soften, unpack, and stop performing strength you don’t feel.
I offer therapy in English and Russian.
